The director seemed quite tired, probably because he had just finished surgery. Both the director and the consultation director only provided the necessary information and didn't try to push anything, which I liked, but I didn't get the feeling they were especially eager to win me over as a patient. The implication was strong that there wouldn't be much change even if I had nose surgery, so I put off the decision for now. There was no separate consultation fee, so if you're unsure, I recommend at least going once for a consultation.
