Because I've had so many surgeries, my nose wasn't fully contracted yet but was almost at that level. There are so many fake photo reviews these days, so I searched for real reviews on YouTube. The videos were interview-style clips with no filter and no editing. But they showed a really dramatic improvement in a contracted nose, so I booked a consultation without hesitation. The director has a slightly cool style, kind of tsundere? Exactly like in the video ㅎㅎ The director's manager is there, and she's the real deal... She feels like the nice older sister next door, is incredibly kind, and makes you want to do the surgery there. She's knowledgeable too, like a true expert? Honestly, I was going to keep thinking about it, but I ended up deciding to get the surgery because of her. The surgery took a little over 4 hours. Keeping the gauze in for 5 days was really hard, but once it was removed, I understood why. They removed the splint and gave me an injection to prevent scar tissue from building up, and then took out the stitches too. The moment I looked at my nose... I thought, this is amazing. The manager looked too and said it seemed to have gone really well, and I felt the same... As a man, I wanted a straight nose and improvement in my columella depression, and wow... the columella came down exactly as I wanted, and even looking at it in the overcorrected state, it was absolutely amazing... After about 4 surgeries, I can usually tell at a glance whether something was a success or a failure, and this one I thought was definitely a success. My autologous costal cartilage harvest site still hurts, though. They say it varies from person to person ㅠㅠ The clinic is small, so it might feel a little rough around the edges, but as someone who has been to many other clinics including factory-style ones, I think this is more than enough. There are so many places that are worse with follow-up care, and plenty of clinics that just ignore you, but above all the manager and staff recognized every patient who came back after surgery and greeted everyone individually and kindly. In that moment I thought, this place is the real deal. I'm really glad I had the surgery before this clinic got even more famous, and since there weren't many surgery reviews, I had the surgery myself and was so satisfied that I posted this review. I only wish I had come sooner... sigh... ㅠ That's my only regret.
