My nose isn't a contracture nose, but my current nose is a upturned nose, and because there are so many reviews here about difficult contracture noses, I came for a consultation. They said I would have to give up height no matter what and recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I have no intention of getting osteotomy or alar reduction done, and they said it in a way that felt like those things would have to be done, even if not forcefully. The price range is on the high side.
