I went in for a consultation, and this was the first place where there was no consultation fee and they also took a CT scan. The doctor, the staff, and the office manager were all kind, and the consultation was handled professionally. That said, maybe because I acted like I knew too much(?), they kept giving me shortened explanations here and there, so the parts I clearly thought I had understood at the time became blurry after the consultation ended. (For example, they said they would do an incision, but didn't say whether it would be medial or lateral... Of course, it was mostly my fault for saying, 'Ah, of course, I understand.') There was no pressure to reserve. If there had been a lot of reviews, I think I would have chosen this place.
