They said I’d need silicone and septal cartilage, and if the septal cartilage is too soft, they’d replace it with donor rib cartilage. They said to wait and do nostril reduction later after seeing the surgical result. Since it was my first consultation and I didn’t know much, I didn’t talk for long, but I liked that they were honest and decisive.
