It's been about 2 years since the surgery. Mine was a revision surgery, and it was done with autologous costal cartilage. Right after the surgery I was quite satisfied with the result, but from around 6 months later warping started to appear, and the doctor also said it would be better to do another revision, but I had just started a new job so I couldn't have it done. In the end, my nose bent much more than I expected, and I plan to have revision surgery again.
