First of all, the director was thorough and kind, so it didn't feel like a factory, and that was the best part. He listened carefully to my requests and tried to match the style I wanted. During the consultation too, there was no pressure to do other procedures besides the one I wanted, and I liked that he recommended against unnecessary parts. And I had Hi-CO done, and it turned out unbelievably well, so I'm just satisfied with everything.
