Here, you consult first and then meet the director in the room where the procedure is done. So you might feel like there isn’t enough consultation with the director, but you sit down, they show you a mirror, check things, and keep talking while the procedure goes on. For example, they might say, "There’s this much left now, is there somewhere else you want to add more? If I were to do it, I’d want a little more over here because it’s slightly asymmetrical~#@~@," and then if I say yes, they tell me to lie down and get right back to it, fast and quick, and it’s over in a flash. Still, I didn’t want overly raised “three-point” lips, and they reflected my needs well.
