I was interested in methyl bond plastic surgery, so I made an appointment for a consultation and visited. I was so glad that the director personally gave me a kind consultation instead of the manager. I liked that they approached me specifically about the area I thought was my biggest complex and what kind of changes I wanted. And I also liked that they honestly talked about areas that could not be improved through surgery. The reason I gave 3 stars for staff kindness is that I went with a friend, and instead of quietly asking about my previous surgery history, they asked in front of my friend, which felt a bit lacking in tact, so I gave 3 stars.
