I chose the base cement because I heard it has less foreign-body sensation and looks more like a real forehead, but the outline of the implant boundary is so noticeable that it’s incredibly stressful At first it felt hot, like it might be water or blood, so I went to the hospital a few times and had it drained. Other than that there were no special side effects, but under bright light the implant boundary is so easy to see, and when I smile or frown, the boundary stands out even more
