I visited for a consultation about nose surgery without an implant. My nose is very small, so I was told surgery would be difficult without an implant, and I couldn’t go ahead with it. But there were a lot of people waiting for consultations. Maybe because of that, I felt they couldn’t put much effort into one-on-one care during the consultation.
