The osteotomy part seems to have been successful, but the septum is bent, so I'm currently undergoing another correction, and the inferior turbinate wasn't fully treated, so I ended up with atrophic rhinitis. On top of that, the edge of the septal graft they put on the tip of my nose is sticking out, and they say they'll smooth it out, but it should have been properly trimmed before putting it in. It's also a little asymmetric.
