I mainly talked with the consultation coordinator, and overall they were kind, and the director seemed proud of his skills. They showed several similar cases, and the director spoke in a way similar to the coordinator too~ They didn't aggressively recommend surgery, and it matched the direction I wanted, so personally it was fine.
