Got my chart right away after arriving and then was connected to the manager. The consultation with the manager took about 30 to 40 minutes. They were good and thorough, but the director's consultation was cut short at 10 minutes. That was a minus. The director seemed indifferent, so I gave up on having surgery at this hospital. There was a slight pressure from the manager to put down a deposit. The hospital atmosphere was calm.
