Parking is very inconvenient first of all, and the building is old and dirty, so the facilities are poor. The director is cool and brief, but it seems like he doesn't know exactly what I need. The consultation time is too short and it feels like they look down on you too easily. The consultation staff also doesn't seem to have any special expertise and only haggles over the price.
