About 20 years ago, I had a slightly prominent nose bridge and they did osteotomy and made me a completely different nose. The tip was round, like a rice-cake nose. At the time I had the surgery, the hospital wasn't that big, so when I went back for follow-up, I would sit on the computer and chat and joke around comfortably with the director. About 10 years later, inflammation developed around the silicone part and there was a problem, so I had it removed at another hospital and redone naturally. Even then, people said my nose still looked like I had had surgery, but it was pretty.
