I had a consultation there about 5 years ago. They charged a separate consultation fee and made me go in much later than the scheduled time. The doctor looked at my nose and cursed it, saying my nose had collapsed.. I know it's ugly, but did they have to say it that way? They didn't properly explain the surgical details either, then insisted that I would come back to see them again within two years.. I didn't go after seeing the doctor's attitude.
