If I put it nicely, there is a manual so things move quickly; if I put it badly, it feels like they're rushing through and not being sincere. Maybe it's an atmosphere where questions aren't really allowed? The price is low and it's famous, so there are a lot of people, and I understood that it would be hard to respond to everyone individually.
