When I went for a consultation, the manager was a bit rude, so I felt bad and did not have the surgery. The director looked at the ultrasound and so on and was kind, but the manager gave me the feeling of being looked down on a bit because I was young. I really wanted to do it when I saw the facility and everything, so it was disappointing.
