I had a canthoplasty and double-eyelid revision. A hollow scar formed along the line + asymmetry + sausage-like swelling. I raised the issue from the beginning, but they delayed correction, blaming swelling and blaming my eyes. The staff are kind, but the result and the doctor's attitude were not great. On the community, they praised a specific promotional post saying there was no swelling and it looked natural, but in reality, even after a year it still looks like it was done very recently and feels heavy.
