I went because they were famous for non-incisional eye correction, but in the end I didn't have the surgery. My eyelids had a lot of fat, so they said I would need an incisional procedure to get results.. The director was kind, and the surgery cost was a bit on the expensive side compared with other places. It was a long time ago when I had the consultation, but I still remember the director being very kind.
