A long time ago, I had a revision nose surgery with autologous dermis. Back then, the cost wasn’t 5 million won, it was in the 4 million won range. Honestly, exactly how I felt it.. I regretted getting nose surgery with autologous dermis here terribly and was stressed out. I had a slight hump on my bridge, but the autologous dermis bent and sank in along the right side of the hump, so the line was really bad, and because I had a short nose and they said they would lower the tip, somehow the previously normal septum and nose became crooked. Maybe the doctor and manager remember this, but they inserted something like a pin to fix the autologous dermis at the tip, and because it was too long they cut the end a little, but it went into one nostril, so they forced open the nostril right after surgery and tried to find it.. In the end they couldn’t take it out, and the manager and I even went to a nearby ENT clinic, but they said there was nothing inside the nostril.. When the doctor later talked about it again, he said it might have gone down the throat or it might have fallen out, something like that. If any staff member sees this, I’m sure it will all come back to you. It wasn’t that. In the revision surgery I had this time, the doctor said one side of the alar cartilage had been cut off (and said that doesn’t happen naturally and must have been a doctor’s mistake). If anyone says they’re going to have surgery here, I would strongly stop them. I had revision surgery again this time with silicone, costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and I’m satisfied now.
