They didn't over-recommend all sorts of things, and seemed to make a clear diagnosis. There were lots of reviews and the consultation was quite thorough, so I made a same-day appointment and had the surgery. It's been a while now, and there's no sagging or anything like that. I'm just.. moderately satisfied..
