There were many reviews saying they were unfriendly, so I went prepared. The director’s first impression was a bit scary, but he explained things in great detail and very professionally. I also have a chronic illness, and he even gave me health-related advice about that. Considering they don’t charge a consultation fee, I thought it was quite a high-quality consultation. The consultation manager was also very kind and didn’t pressure me to make a reservation.
