After the photos, the consultation went in this order: head manager > director > head manager for cost consultation. The director personally looked at my face in a detailed way, and I thought I could get surgery here, but after the cost consultation with the manager, I passed. The manager was kind, but they should have inflated the price only moderately; the director didn't even mention buccal fat removal, yet the estimate was quoted as 6 procedures. + I understand charging for the tightening band too, but the amount charged separately seems high enough that there would still be margin left on the band itself.
