I wanted to have surgery because I had cheek fat and a double chin. At the consultation, they said both the cheeks and the double chin could be done, but on the day of surgery they said the cheek fat would likely be the deep cheek area anyway, so they wouldn't do much. They hadn't even taken any scans or anything... suddenly..?? Having cheek fat was stressful for me, and of course that stress didn't go away even after surgery The double chin is definitely gone, but maybe because of sagging, the line is becoming blunt again.
