After the consultation, I felt so sure that this was it. The doctor was amazing at explaining everything. He brought up my face photo on a PPT and explained things in really close detail. He didn't pressure me into anything unnecessary. He explained everything in a very gentle and easy-to-understand way. The manager was also extremely kind, and even after the consultation, if I asked questions on KakaoTalk, they answered everything in detail.
