The pre-surgery consultation was just so-so, but the skill is good. The consultation manager is kind. They can't look at things objectively. This person has been working at the same location for over 20 years, so I do trust them. They're a veteran, but their style is a little different from the current trend. Still, I liked that I didn't feel worried about side effects.
