They seemed to answer defensively, and the staff were just so-so. Before I could even ask a question, they seemed to fire off answers at me one after another lol. I don't know whether they were in a bad mood or what, but they didn't seem to like being asked questions. I'm worried communication would be difficult, so I'm deliberating over whether to have the surgery. The facilities were ordinary and not modern. The wait was also quite long. They didn't take a CT separately. They did take photos before the consultation, but only from the front, not from the side.
