Maybe because I went during a slower season, but I remember having a very long consultation with the director. The coordinator was not that impressive. The director looked at photos with me and used Photoshop to show how high my nose might be after surgery, then explained the characteristics of my nose and the recommended surgical method with reasons. However, I was not convinced after hearing it, and no matter what we discussed, the conversation always ended up pointing toward autologous rib cartilage surgery. I preferred donor rib cartilage because it is more convenient and reasonably priced, and I did not want the higher cost and scar from autologous rib cartilage, so I decided not to have surgery here.
