The doctor was kind and seemed to want to explain things in detail. It was also good that the ENT medical staff could always check on me. Since it was a large hospital, just choosing a director was a task in itself, but it was still okay. The consultation manager was kind too. Having to undergo general anesthesia was honestly a bit burdensome. I kept worrying about that. They strongly explained that general anesthesia is definitely better, but still.. The doctor was nice because he explained things in a very straightforward way. Nose
