Review

There was no difference from before surgery, and I was disappointed because it differed from the consultation. The consultation was really good, and I did not want anything too excessive, but they said we should proceed steadily as I wanted, so I trusted them and had the surgery. However, the line was different from what we had planned, and the asymmetry was obvious. Even when I immediately said that this did not seem right, they denied it, gave various reasons, and told me to wait. The consultation manager changed every time I called, which was frustrating. They kept making me wonder when it would get better, as if giving me false hope.
