This was the last clinic I visited after checking out three others, and I went in expecting a “nose expert” kind of place. I had a good impression because I heard many men go there. I first booked and prepaid a 50,000-won deposit for a consultation with the chief director, including a CT scan. After the CT, I started consulting with the first consultant. While waiting for the doctor, I was told it might be difficult to meet the chief director because he was busy with many procedures these days, so the consultation was changed to Dr. Ha Gi-young, who had also served as a chief director elsewhere and had performed many surgeries. The consultation itself was detailed and tailored to my facial shape. She said they would use the septum, but if it was too short or problematic, donor rib cartilage could be used. She also said they would first raise the bridge with silicone and then decide whether to use it, which felt somewhat uncertain. This was my first clinic with an anesthesiologist, so I did appreciate that. Finally, when coordinating the schedule with the consultant, I felt strong pressure to pay the deposit. If the clinic sees this, they may be able to identify who I am.
