I had jaw surgery here 10 years ago ^^ a living fossil haha. It turned out really well, they shaved down everything that needed to be shaved and left everything that needed to be left. There isn't even the slightest bit of sagging at all. I didn't have much facial fat to begin with, and I think the surgery went well. I visited recently about my cheekbones, and they said my face is not the type that should get cheekbone surgery and recommended fat grafting. Seems like they don't do unnecessary procedures either.
