I went because of a recommendation, and I was skeptical because the price was so cheap, but after only 5 treatments I got perfect hair removal. The wait time never went over 10 minutes, and I didn't choose a specific director, but everyone handled it quickly and well. The people at the counter aren't especially kind, but the effect is good so I recommend it.
