The staff were kind, but... after 10 Brazilian laser sessions, it went back to exactly how it was after 3 months. The difference between the staff members who came in was huge, and after 5 sessions, when a different staff member took a look, they asked why I hadn’t had hair removal here, and when I said they hadn’t done that part even though they had done the original hair removal there, they said the treatment area was correct...;; I wasted 5 sessions for nothing and I’m not going back.
