They weren't the kindest, and they were very blunt, so even the last bit of hope I had left collapsed. You could call it honesty, but it felt like they wanted to operate on people who were already somewhat prepared and make a big effect. For example, it felt like they wanted to tutor 2nd- or 3rd-tier students into becoming 1st-tier, but had absolutely no intention of turning an 8th- or 9th-tier student into 4th- or 5th-tier.... They kept sighing heavily and treating me as if it were a serious case, and they didn't offer any proper alternatives, so it wasn't pleasant It's my fault for being born like this Still, thanks to them I took time to reconsider jaw surgery. Everyone else should definitely go too.
