The consultation was long and they did it with a lot of enthusiasm. They said I should get jaw tip advancement, but now that I think about it, my jaw was the kind that would be ruined if advanced, so the credibility dropped a bit. It's already small and short, so if you advance it, the jawline volume disappears and the amount of advancement is minimal... But if I end up getting cheekbone surgery, I'll do it here.
