They helped explain everything from the parts of my face that needed removal to the possibility of inflammation or bleeding after the procedure, and they also honestly explained the side effects. Since it was a laser treatment with relatively little pain, I felt less burdened and thought it would be removed cleanly. The safety system and aftercare system also looked fine.
