I went for a fat grafting consultation, and the doctor was kind. He clearly drew the line between what could be done and what couldn't, and it seems like he mainly does fresh fat grafting. Fresh fat has an additional cost, and you only need to pay the sedation fee separately. Frozen fat is also possible. The hospital is small and a bit chaotic, which is a minus. If I do fat grafting, I think I'll do it here.
