The desk staff were kind. I had a CT scan taken here, and it was free (they don't do CT scans at D.O. anyway). Anyway, it was a consultation about improving a bulbous nose, and they said to remove fat from the nostrils / raise the columella a little with cartilage / pull the direction more toward the philtrum so the nose looks higher / and do nostril reduction. There wasn't any special discount on the price.
