When I first looked into it, the clinic was called Baum, but at some point the name changed to From B, so I wondered if something had happened, but it didn’t seem like that. I had a consultation with Director ㅂㄱㅁ, and in the photos on the website he looked a bit young and not very experienced, but in person he looked much more dependable. Honestly, I went there without expecting much, but the consultation was far more satisfying than I expected. They even took a CT scan for free. During the consultation I was almost certain this was the place for me, but at the end, when the director’s assistant talked to me about the cost... I was told that cosmetic surgery is not covered by actual medical expense insurance. In my case, the estimate included autologous costal cartilage for the bridge and tip, plus a functional surgery, so if actual medical expense coverage doesn’t apply, the cost becomes quite burdensome. I thought it would be covered since he is an ENT specialist, but.. some places seem to get actual medical expense reimbursement even with a plastic surgeon.. I don’t know what the 기준 is. It was disappointing.
