I had full-face fat grafting 10 years ago. I went through 2 rounds, and back then my face had so little volume that I think they put in a lot. As I got older, my skin got thin and it feels like it sags. I'm somewhat satisfied with the fat grafting, but I don't recommend putting in too much.
