It has been over 10 years, but I went in and had the surgery on a whim. Because my skin is fairly thick, they said buried stitches would definitely come loose, so I had full incisional surgery plus ptosis correction. Maybe because so much time has passed, it looks natural, but because of the nature of incisional surgery, you can't avoid the scar showing when I close my eyes. The doctor was fairly kind and the consultation was good.
