I had the surgery and let the doctor handle it without looking into it in detail. I did not like the shape, size, or tip of the nose, but it is still better than my original nose. It has been 15 years since the surgery, and I am now looking into revision/removal. Other clinics told me it was not bad and that there was no functional problem, and it made me realize again that it was probably the best possible result given the condition of my original face.
