I was looking for a non-surgical way to remove a buffalo hump, and when I was told it could be done with liposuction, I went ahead with surgery. Contrary to the director's confidence, six months later there is still a small lump, whether it's bio-bond or a recurrence. I was worried because it was general anesthesia, and sure enough I was told there was a lot of bleeding during surgery, which scared me. Post-op care was only one session of radiofrequency? which was disappointing. They did promise aftercare AS in case it wasn't removed properly. Overall it felt so-so. It felt shabbier than I expected, and I don't want a revision here. If it recurs, I'm thinking of going to surgery with a general surgeon for an incision. Real buffalo hump patients like me shouldn't be tempted by these removal liposuction procedures or fat-dissolving injections.
