I went for a consultation about sagging buttocks related to my old thigh liposuction. I had been thinking about fat grafting, but they recommended liposuction more. The consultation went in the order of manager -> doctor, and it felt like the manager was leading the consultation. What left a good impression was that they focused on the direction the customer wanted, while clearly explaining all the way through why they recommended or did not recommend something. I got the feeling that if I do get surgery, communication would probably be good. I am still torn because the surgical method differs depending on the overall direction, but this is the hospital I am thinking of as my very final consultation hospital.
