Seeing two aegyo-sal lines when I smile was stressful, so I got under-eye fat repositioning. I chose this hospital because a YouTuber I subscribed to had good results there. They used sleep anesthesia and local anesthesia, so it wasn't very painful. The fat that had protruded under my eyes was improved well, but the right side feels like it improved a little less... If that gets worse, I'll think about revision surgery. For now I'm satisfied!
