I ended up getting revision surgery for the posterior and lower canthoplasty, and they actually said it seemed like I didn't need it after all. I went all the way to Suwon and they were trying to send me back. Before the revision, the surgery had a bit of red scar tissue and a slightly awkward finish, but the revision fixed that and opened the area naturally. Of course, I had wanted a bit more lower canthoplasty, but this clinic strongly pursues a natural look, so it did have an effect, and the feeling is more like, if I had pushed for a little more, I would have felt disappointed?
