I liked it because it felt friendly. The reason I deducted 2 points for staff kindness is that there’s a head manager who gives price information, and her tone is a bit irritating.. It’s hard to describe, but even the doctor isn’t like that, only that manager gives off this snappy feeling. I wanted to get explanations from a different staff member, not her. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything.
